All donations given to "Property development" will used in the improvement of the property for the benefit of the students that are being sponsored. As of Feb of '25 we have seen over $85,000 raised. This has allowed us to install a fence, drill a well, build dormitories and latrines for both boys and girls, build a kitchen, build a classroom with computer lab and office. All funds from this point on will be used to build a missionary apartment, a team house, finishing touches on the classrooms and dormitory along with a complete solar system.
